Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented, data-driven individuals to join our team as an Email Marketing Strategist. In this role, you’ll be the architect of email strategies that fuel growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Managers, designing data-backed roadmaps that clients and teams can execute confidently.

Our Strategists specialize in Audit & Diagnosis, Strategy Building, Client Communication, and Team Handoffs.

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative marketing and can translate data into strategies that align with client goals.

Responsibilities

Audit & Diagnosis
- Review Klaviyo account health: revenue benchmarks, flows, deliverability, campaigns, pop-ups, and integrations.
- Summarize findings into clear insights: quick wins + long-term opportunities.

Strategy Building
- Develop flow and campaign recommendations (what to optimize, launch, and why).
- Provide visual outlines + Loom walkthroughs for execution clarity.
‍
Client Communication Prep
- Deliver simple, outcome-focused summaries with visuals.
- Align strategy with client KPIs and refine based on feedback.

Team Handoff
- Pass approved strategy to Account Managers with notes, docs, and Looms.
- Ensure smooth, actionable transition to implementation.

Availability

Preferably working 9-5PM EST
Most audit & strategy work can be done asynchronously.
Live calls only for scheduled client/team strategy sessions.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in email marketing strategy (in Klaviyo).
Strong background in eCommerce and performance marketing.
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable on client-facing calls.
Skilled at data analysis, reporting, and finding growth opportunities.
Great time management across multiple time zones.
Familiar with Slack, Asana, Loom, and other collaboration tools.
